Today a representative of the Calgary Public Library showed us some of the wonderful resources that students may access,
and information on the upcoming Summer Reading program

The TD Summer Reading Club is a great way to keep kids reading all summer through fun activities, great books and prizes — and it's free!

 HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Reading to another

Starting Saturday, June 18 (the day of the Launch Party!) visit your community library to register and receive your TD Summer Reading Club booklet and Reading Ballots.
Then have fun reading! Books, magazines, trivia books, comics and everything else counts. Read for two hours each week (or be read to) and track your reading on the Reading Ballots.
Return your completed ballots throughout the summer for a chance to win weekly prizes and our grand prize: one of 20 $100 gift cards to Toys "R" Us. Be sure to return your ballots before August 31 to enter!
For fantastic staff-approved reading suggestions visit our Birth to Five page and our Kids page and check out our 2016 Year of Reading Guides too!
All services are free to students.
