Science -  Life Cycles

Students have identified over 100 different living things that goes through a cycle of life.

Today they read about various insects and their life cycles, including the monarch butterfly.

Students created a poster of the life cycle which included such terms as

egg      larva     caterpillar
chrysalis      pupa     adult      metamorphosis  

Please have your child explain the life cycle of a butterfly.
