Learning odd and even numbers and where numbers are located on a number line

Today our class worked together on the smart board identifying the difference between even and odd numbers. We also practiced identifying numbers on a number line in which specific numbers were missing.

Even: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20

Odd: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19

We practiced counting in even and odd to 20 as a group on the white board as well as the smart board!

Please ask your child to try counting in odd and even numbers for practice over the weekend!
