Today the students enjoyed an assembly presented by:

The presenters discussed at risk animals in the wild and how we can help to protect endangered species!

We also were able to meet four live animals:
A Kestrel, Armadillo and a Falcon

Go to www.earthrangers.com to become an earth ranger and help protect the wild!

The students chose one of the four animals focused on this year by the earth rangers and built them out of clay.
Below we see the cold water coral, wolverine, little brown bat, and peregrine falcon made from clay by your children!

As a final note we are soon looking for volunteers for our field trip! If you would like to become a volunteer please bring a completed police check to the school office at your nearest convenience.
