We've had quite a few students demonstrate the virtue of curiosity and wonder why the leaves are changing colour and falling off the trees! Some students also noticed that not all trees are bare! Here are some pictures of us exploring the trees around our school. What do you notice?

We found some trees with leaves, and some without. Some of the trees are bare, and some have waxy spikes.

We read the book, Why Do The Leaves Change Colour? Click on the picture below to review the story with your child.

We talked about how some trees are deciduous and some are conifers. We drew and wrote about these trees in our books. Here is our work!

Reminders:
Soup on Thursday,
Picture day on Monday,
Sign and return pink forms for a winter coat for your child.
